Non-Disclosure Statements. All contractor personnel (to include subcontractors, teaming partners, and consultants) personally and substantially involved in the performance of this contract shall execute a MCOE - Certificate of Non-Disclosure (Section J, Attachment 8) prior to the commencement of any work on this contract and whenever replacement contractor personnel are proposed. Any information obtained or provided in the performance of this contract shall only be used in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall furnish executed copies of non-disclosure agreements to the COR before commencing performance under this contract.
