Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money
Reimbursables It is acknowledged and agreed to by CONSULTANT that the lump sum amount set forth in Section 4.1 includes Direct Expenses and describes the maximum extent of, VILLAGE'S obligation to reimburse CONSULTANT for direct, non-salary expenses, but does not constitute a limitation, of any sort, upon CONSULTANT'S obligation to incur such expenses in the performance of services hereunder.
Reimbursable Services Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 15.2 that are provided by the Architect/Engineer in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Agreement. Compensation for Reimbursable Services will be made when the services are complete.
Transportation Expenses (a) When an employee is required to report for work and reports under the conditions described in paragraphs 28.05(c), and 28.06(a), and is required to use transportation services other than normal public transportation services, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred as follows:

Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.
EMPLOYEE EXPENSES AND MATERIALS 9.1 The District shall pay the full cost of the purchase, lease, or rental of uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems, aprons, hairnets, and cards required by the District to be worn or used by employees.
Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site.
