Non-employment of BCRC-CARIBBEAN Staff Members. The Consultant shall not, while this Contract is in effect, employ or consider the employment of the BCRC-Caribbean’s staff members or former employees of the Organisation of less than two years standing without the prior written approval of the BCRC-Caribbean.
