THE UNITED STATES Subrecipient shall not publicize or otherwise circulate promotional material (such as advertisements, sales brochures, press releases, speeches, still or motion pictures, articles, manuscripts, or other publications) that states or implies the GLO, the State of Texas, U.S. Government, or any government employee, endorses a product, service, or position the Subrecipient represents. Subrecipient may not release information relating to this Contract that states or implies that the GLO, the State of Texas, or the U.S. Government approves of Subrecipient’s work products or considers Subrecipient’s work product to be superior to other products or services.
