Common use of Non-Endorsement by State Clause in Contracts

Non-Endorsement by State. and the United States Contractor shall not publicize or otherwise circulate promotional material (such as advertisements, sales brochures, press releases, speeches, still or motion pictures, articles, manuscripts, or other publications) that states or implies the GLO, State of Texas, U.S. Government, or any government employee endorses a product, service, or position the Contractor represents. Contractor may not release information relating to this Contract or state or imply that the GLO, the State of Texas, or the U.S. Government approves of Contractor’s work products or considers Contractor’s work product to be superior to other products or services.
