Non-Exclusivity of Granted Service. The CONCESSION granted does not give exclusivity to the CONCESSIONAIRE to provide the GRANTED SERVICE within the CONCESSION AREA. In case the provision of the GRANTED SERVICES involves an additional area to those contemplated in the COVERAGE PLAN, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall communicate to the GRANTOR and OSIPTEL, the provision of the service in such area up to (30) DAYS after the beginning of operations.
