NON-FINANCIAL UNDERSTANDING. 7.1. This Agreement is a non-financial understanding between USBE and Researcher. No financial obligation by or on behalf of either of the Parties is implied by a Party’s signature at the end of this Agreement. 7.2. The terms of any financial liability that arises from Data processing activities carried out in support of the responsibilities covered herein must be negotiated separately and to the mutual satisfaction of the Parties. 7.3. The legal authority for Data sharing for specified purposes conveyed by this Agreement cannot be used to support a subsequent claim of implied agreement to financial obligation.
