Common use of Non-Fixed Pricing Clause in Contracts

Non-Fixed Pricing. All Non-Fixed Pricing requires notice of increases be submitted to MMCAP Infuse at least thirty (30) days before the requested increases may take effect. Vendor cannot increase prices until one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Effective Date of the Agreement. In the event of any price reductions, Vendor will advise MMCAP Infuse as set forth on Paragraph 1.3.
