Non-Foreign Status Certificate. From each Seller, a non-foreign entity certificate, in substantially the form of the attached Exhibit “D”;
Non-Foreign Status Certificate. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer at Closing a properly executed affidavit of non-foreign status that complies with Section 1445 of the Code and U.S. Treasury Regulation section 1.1445-2(b)(2).

Non-Foreign Status Certificate. Each Seller shall deliver to Buyer a certificate in the form of Exhibit H as to its non-foreign status.
Non-Foreign Status Certificate. The Non-Foreign Status Certificate in substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C executed by an authorized officer of Seller;
Non-Foreign Status Certificate. Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code provides that a transferee of a U.S. real property interest must withhold tax if the transferor is a foreign person. To inform American Energy Development Corp., a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”) that withholding of tax is not required upon the disposition of U.S. real property interests owned by Range Michigan LLC, a Wyoming limited liability Company (“Seller”), the undersigned hereby certifies to Buyer as follows:
Non-Foreign Status Certificate. A certificate dated as of the Closing Date, pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.1445-2(b) stating that the Company is not a “foreign person” as defined in Section 1445 of the Code.
Non-Foreign Status Certificate. CCI and Galleon shall each execute and deliver a Certification of Non-Foreign Status in the form attached as Exhibit D-1 and Exhibit D-2, respectively.
