Non-Governmental Third Party Consents. Avista shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts, and NorthWestern shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to assist Avista, in obtaining any and all consents of non-governmental third parties necessary or advisable in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Closing Documents, including the provision by NorthWestern to such third parties of such publicly available financial statements and other publicly available financial information with respect to NorthWestern and its parent company or companies as such third parties may reasonably request.
