Non-grain commodities. (a) The Client acknowledges and agrees that Viterra may load non-grain commodities at its Port Terminals using the same ship loading facilities as it uses to provide Wheat Ship Loading Services for Bulk Wheat. (b) Viterra will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that contamination of Bulk Wheat does not occur.
