Common use of Non-grain commodities Clause in Contracts

Non-grain commodities. (a) The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Company may load non-grain commodities at its Port Terminals using the same ship loading facilities as it uses to provide Wheat Ship Loading Services for Bulk Wheat. (b) The Company will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that contamination of Bulk Wheat does not occur.

(c) The Client must liaise with the Company to nominate vessels to arrange for grain based commodities to load sequentially.
