NON-HOMESTEAD. Borrower warrants and represents to Lender that the Property is not the business or residential homestead of Borrower or any other person. Borrower has no present intent to occupy the Property in the future, or to use or claim in the future the Property either as business or residential homestead.
NON-HOMESTEAD. Seller covenants that neither he nor his family reside upon the above-described Property nor do they reside upon property contiguous or adjacent thereto.

NON-HOMESTEAD. No part of the Mortgaged Property constitutes, or will constitute, a part of Grantor's business or residential homestead under the Texas Constitution or other applicable law.

  • Homestead Mortgagor hereby waives and renounces all homestead and exemption rights provided by the constitution and the laws of the United States and of any state, in and to the Land as against the collection of the Obligations, or any part hereof.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained.   • Ground Leases For purposes of this Exhibit C, a “Ground Lease” shall mean a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:
