Cemetery. The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

Cemetery. 20.1 The cemetery area within the commonage must be treated with respect.
20.2 The HOA will, subject to conditions and in accordance with the appropriate laws, allow families of those buried access to the xxxxxx for the purpose of caring for the xxxxxx and performing traditional ceremonies.
20.3 Access to the xxxxxx will be in accordance with the provisions of the Extension of Security of Tenure Act which provides in Section 6(4) as follows: “any person shall have the right to visit and maintain his or her family xxxxxx on land which belongs to another person, subject to any reasonable condition imposed by the owner or person in charge of such land in order to safeguard life or property or to prevent the undue disruption of work on the land.”
Cemetery. Unless otherwise directed by the Division, all burials for this contract shall be provided at a cemetery owned or controlled by Orange County. The Division’s representative will designate the location for each approved service. The gate is kept locked except when authorized activity is being conducted on the property. The Contractor will be provided a key or a combination to the lock for any Orange County controlled cemetery used for burials. The Contractor shall utilize the locks appropriately and take reasonable steps to secure the County property when entering and leaving the cemetery. The Contractor shall assure that the surface of the ground is restored to a level and smooth condition after each burial, such that the area can be seeded with grass, and can be properly mowed. Mounding, trenching and in general leaving the soil unleveled after the completion of a burial service is unacceptable. The Contractor shall repair excessive damage to the ground caused by a service vehicle of the Contractor or their subcontractors. The Division reserves the right to authorize the interment of eligible decedents in a cemetery other than the one normally utilized by the Contractor in instances where the decedent owns a plot or the decedents family or friends donate a plot. The existing or donated plot must be located within Orange County and must be located in a cemetery that participates in the State of Florida’s perpetual care program. The decedent’s family or friends shall be responsible for the cost of all cemetery services including provision of a vault, grave space opening and closing, vault placement, and casket lowering devices. The Contractor shall treat the use of another cemetery as a subcontractor, if necessary. The County will only pay the Contractor for services according to this contract and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to pay the subcontractors. The County will not pay for burial outside Orange County except at the National Cemetery at Bushnell, as indicated in Section 21, Services for Veterans, of this document, or with the written permission from the Division. The Contractor shall coordinate any burial, disinterment and re-interment in an Orange County controlled cemetery at the request of the Division’s authorized representative. The Contractor shall also dispose of any corresponding biohazardous waste products generated as an adjunct to the provision of the burial and cremation services in the legally prescribed manner.
Cemetery. The burial of human bodies or remains is prohibited on lands described in and covered by this lease. No cemetery may be established on said land.

Cemetery. The Cemetery forms part of a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is therefore protected by Government Legislation in how it is maintained and managed throughout the year, and these regulations cannot in anyway be changed or disregarded. Any amendment will result in a formal up issue of the contract.
