Common use of Non-Interference Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Interference Agreement. As a condition of, and prior to commencement of, Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall have executed and delivered to the Company the Non-Interference Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that this Agreement and the Non-Interference Agreement shall be considered separate contracts, and the Non-Interference Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Non-Interference Agreement. As a condition of, and prior to commencement of, Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall have executed and delivered to the Company the Non-Interference Agreement. Non-Interference Agreement. As a condition of, and prior to commencement of, Employee’s employment with receipt of the Companybenefits set forth under this Agreement, Employee shall have executed and delivered to the Company the Non-Interference Agreement. Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that this Agreement and the Non-Interference Agreement shall be considered separate contracts, and the Non-Interference Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
