Common use of Non-Interference with Business Clause in Contracts

Non-Interference with Business. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company to terminate or breach an employment, contractual, or other relationship with the Company.

Non-Interference with Business. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years 12 months thereafter, Consultant agrees will not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, or attempt to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company to terminate or breach an any employment, contractual, or other relationship with Company; provided, however, that Consultant may hire any employees, independent contractors, and/or consultants who Dx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx introduced to the Company during her employment with the Company.

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years thereafter1 year following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Consultant agrees not to solicit or induce any employee or independent contractor of the Company to terminate or breach an employment, contractual, contractual or other relationship with the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not apply to employees who independently respond to indirect solicitations (such as general newspaper advertisements, employment agency referrals and internet postings) not targeting such employees or to employees who no longer work for Company at the time of any solicitation or offer.
