Non-Interference With Contracts Sample Clauses
The Non-Interference With Contracts clause prohibits parties from intentionally disrupting or causing the breach of existing contractual relationships that the other party has with third parties. In practice, this means that neither party may encourage, induce, or otherwise facilitate a third party to violate or terminate their contract with the other party. This clause serves to protect the integrity of ongoing business relationships and prevents parties from undermining each other's contractual interests, thereby reducing the risk of business disruption and potential legal disputes.
