Non-Interference With Executives. Through the Term and thereafter throughout the Restricted Period, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any other person or Entity: actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, induce or attempt to induce any person who is an exempt Executive of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever;
