Common use of Non-Liability of City Officials, Employees and Agents Clause in Contracts

Non-Liability of City Officials, Employees and Agents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, no elective or appointive board, commission, member, officer, employee or agent of City shall be personally liable to Landlord, its successors and assigns, in the event of any default or breach by City or for any amount which may become due to Landlord, its successors and assigns, or for any obligation of City under this Lease.
