Common use of Non-Liability of City Officials, Employees and Agents Clause in Contracts

Non-Liability of City Officials, Employees and Agents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this MOU, no elective or appointive board, commission, member, officer, employee, or agent of the City shall be personally liable to the Foundation, its successors and assigns, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount which may become due to the Foundation, its successors and assigns, or for any obligation of the City under this MOU.
