Non-Liability of Individuals. 36.1 Neither the Directors of Pan American or User nor any officers, agents or employees thereof, shall be charged personally by the other with any liability or held liable to the other under any term or provision of this Agreement, or because of its execution or attempted execution, or because of any breach or attempted or alleged breach thereof.
