Common use of Non-Modification Clause in Contracts

Non-Modification. It is mutually agreed that the covenants and conditions herein contained are the full and complete terms of this Lease and that no alterations, amendments or modifications of the same shall be binding unless first reduced to writing and signed by both parties hereto.
