Common use of Non-Modification Clause in Contracts

Non-Modification. Except as expressly permitted herein, neither party ---------------- shall take any action to amend, extend, terminate or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of, or the rights and obligations of the parties to, the License Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
