Common use of Non-Monetary Breach Clause in Contracts

Non-Monetary Breach. A violation by the Student of any of the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Rules and Policies incorporated by reference in Section 2, above, unless such violation is, in the College’s sole judgment, curable and the Student does cure such violation to the College’s satisfaction within the period of time specified in the Notice of Termination;

Non-Monetary Breach. A violation by the Student Resident of any of the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Rules and Policies incorporated by reference in Section 2, above, unless such violation is, in the College’s sole judgment, curable and the Student Resident does cure such violation to the College’s satisfaction within the period of time specified in the Notice of Termination;
