Common use of Non-Objection Clause in Contracts

Non-Objection. No Subordinated Creditor shall have any claim or remedy against any of the Senior Creditors by reason of any transaction entered into between any of the Senior Creditors and any member of the Group or any requirement or condition imposed by or on behalf of the Senior Creditors on any member of the Group, which breaches or is or causes a default or an event of default under any of the Junior Loan Agreements or the Intercompany Documents, as the case may be.
