Common use of Non-Payment of Fees Clause in Contracts

Non-Payment of Fees. refusal to attend school. We may refuse to allow your child to attend the School, withhold any references, reports or documentation, withdraw sponsorship of your child’s student visa (if applicable), withdraw any bursary or scholarship awarded (including financial assistance by way of fee remission) and/or withhold access to facilities while fees remain unpaid or if there is a persistent failure by you to pay the fees on time.
