Non-Payment of Fees. Timely payment of fees owing under this Section 5 is a material condition of performance under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar fails to pay its fees within five (5) days of the date when due, Verisign may: (i) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations from Registrar; (ii) delete the domain names associated with invoices not paid in full from the Registry database; (iii) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.1(b) below; and (iv) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
Non-Payment of Fees refusal to attend school. We may refuse to allow your child to attend the School, withhold any references, reports or documentation, withdraw sponsorship of your child’s student visa (if applicable), withdraw any bursary or scholarship awarded (including financial assistance by way of fee remission) and/or withhold access to facilities while fees remain unpaid or if there is a persistent failure by you to pay the fees on time.
Non-Payment of Fees. In the event Registrar has insufficient funds deposited or available through the letter of credit or credit facility with PIR, PIR may do any or all of the following: (a) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations, or registrations associated with transfers of sponsorship, from Registrar; (b) delete the domain names associated with any negative balance incurred or invoice not paid in full from the Registry database (c) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 9.2.1; and (d) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
Non-Payment of Fees. SONIFI is not obligated to perform or to endeavor to perform any Update, Equipment repair or Equipment replacement, to provide TAC support by telephone or e-mail, or to correct or mitigate any failure, defect or error in Equipment or Licensed Software that occurs during a month in which Company has a past due undisputed amount owed to SONIFI that is more than sixty (60) days past due, regardless of whether or not the applicable Limited Warranty Period is still in effect.
Non-Payment of Fees. (a) Timely payment of Fees and Variable Fees in accordance with the Payment Terms is a material condition of performance under this Agreement.
Non-Payment of Fees. 6.1 If the Fees are not paid by the date due, the College may at its discretion:
(a) charge an administration fee at a rate determined by the College Board from time to time and set out in the annual Tuition Fees Schedule for all accounts that are more than 30 days in arrears. Charging of the Administration Fee is not a penalty for late payment, but a calculation of expenses incurred by the College in managing the outstanding account
(b) where fees are not paid by the due date, the student is not permitted to incur additional costs by participating in non-curriculum elective activities until such time as the fees are brought up to date.
6.2 It is a requirement of the College that all fees are fully paid and up to date if a student applies to join a College trip overseas. Under no circumstances will a student be permitted to join a group travelling overseas if any outstanding fees are noted on the account.
6.3 The College reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of a student and refuse to re-admit the student at the commencement of a new Term should there be outstanding fees. The student’s enrolment will not be reinstated until all outstanding fees, including the fees for the current term, are paid in full or until an approved payment arrangement has been entered into with the College and the Parents are complying with that arrangement.
6.4 Where an enrolment has been terminated reinstatement of the enrolment agreement will be at the discretion of the Principal.
6.5 The Parents agree that they shall be liable to the College for any and all costs incurred by the College in recovering outstanding Fees by any means, including legal action.
6.6 Where accounts are more than 30 days in arrears, the College may, at its discretion, obtain a report concerning the parents' commercial activity or credit standing from a credit reporting agency, and the parents hereby agree and consent to any such application by the College.

In the event Registrar has insufficient funds deposited with Registry Operator, Registry Operator may do any or all of the following: (a) stop accepting new initial, renewal or transferred registrations from Registrar; (b) delete the domain names associated with any negative balance incurred from the Registry database; and (c) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
Non-Payment of Fees. In the event Registrar has insufficient funds deposited or available through the letter of credit or credit facility with Afilias, Afilias may do any or all of the following: (a) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations, or registrations associated with transfers of sponsorship, from Registrar; (b) delete the domain names associated with any negative balance incurred or invoice not paid in full from the Registry database (c) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 9.2.1; and (d) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
Non-Payment of Fees. The School reserves the right to refuse to allow the Student, on three days' written notice, to attend School if Fees are overdue for payment. If the Student is refused access to the School for a period of 28 days, they will be deemed withdrawn without Notice and a Term's Fees In Lieu Of Notice will be payable in accordance with clause 9. A Student being removed from School in these circumstances is not a disciplinary matter and the right to a Governors' Appeal will not normally arise. The School may withhold any information, character references or property while Fees remain overdue but will not do so in a way that would cause direct, identifiable and unfair prejudice to the legitimate rights and interests of the Student.
