Non-Payment of Fees. If fees or any portion thereof are unpaid Tourplan has the right, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to suspend this Agreement including access to Tourplan NX or the provision of Tourplan Cloud Platform Services, and/or Support Services. Tourplan shall not be liable to you or any other person for any losses arising from such suspension.
