Non-Payment of Other Obligations. A default shall have occurred with respect to (A) Additional Secured Debt or (B) any Indebtedness of SPLNG or the Borrower that is in excess of one hundred million Dollars ($100,000,000) in the aggregate (other than any amount due in respect of Additional Secured Debt or Facility Debt) and continued beyond any applicable grace period, the effect of which has been to cause the entire amount of such Indebtedness under this clause (B) to become due (whether by redemption, purchase, offer to purchase or otherwise) and such Indebtedness under this clause (B) remains unpaid or the acceleration of its stated maturity unrescinded.

Non-Payment of Other Obligations. Either Borrower fails to pay any other payment Obligation, and such failure continues for ten (10) Business Days after either (i) it is acknowledged in writing by such Borrower, or (ii) written notice thereof is given to such Borrower by the Lender; or

  • No Other Obligations The benefits payable to Executive under this Agreement are not in lieu of any benefits payable under any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement of the Company, except as specifically provided herein, and Executive will receive such benefits or payments, if any, as he may be entitled to receive pursuant to the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements. Except for the obligations of the Company provided by the foregoing and this Section 5, the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive upon his termination of employment.
