Non-Perks Payment Processing. When using Non-Perks Payment Processor, you and the persons who register to participate in your events (the “Registrant”) transact the applicable payment through a third party service and are bound by the applicable terms of use governing such service. You will collect all Event Registration Fees from your Registrants (the “Event Registration Fees”) through the applicable third party service and we accept no (and disclaim all) obligation or liability with respect to such collection or the performance or nonperformance of such third party service.
