Non-Probationary Without an Assignment. At the start of the school year, non-probationary educators who were not recommended for transfer to a vacant position through the mutual consent placement process may be utilized as a temporary substitute educator in the capacity of long-term, short-term, “day to day”, and or instructional support and paid their current salary while the non- probationary educator continues to apply for vacancies for which they are qualified.
