Non-Professional Services Indemnity (Non-licensed Professionals). The Program Manager shall indemnify, release and hold the Owner and Using Agency, their officers, members, employees and agents, harmless from and against all liability, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by the Owner, Using Agency and any of their officers, members, employees and agents), claims, suits and judgments to the extent arising from any non-professional services and activities of the Program Manager under this agreement, which would not be considered Professional Services, and involve bodily injury or property damage, provided, however, the Owner and Using Agency shall not be indemnified for the results of their sole negligence or in the case of multiple negligence for the share caused by the Owner’s or Using Agency’s negligence.
