Non-profit Organization Certification. (1) If the Contractor is a non-profit organization, but does not qualify as a Major Non-profit Organization, the Contractor must provide a certification that it does not meet the definition of a Major Non-profit Organization as defined in 2 C.F.R. § 200.414.
