Common use of Non-Public Credit Support Data Clause in Contracts

Non-Public Credit Support Data. All non-public financial data provided by Supplier for the purpose of making creditworthiness determinations under Appendixes B1, B2 and B3 hereunder, which financial data has been identified by Supplier as confidential, shall not be disclosed to third parties without authorization and/or consent from Supplier; provided, however, that the Company shall be entitled to make such financial data available to the BPU or the staff of the BPU without such authorization and/or consent from Supplier.
