ELECTRICITY INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS. 31.1 Protocols for exchanging information: The Distributor and the Trader must, when exchanging information to which an EIEP listed in Schedule 3 relates, comply with that EIEP.

Unless this agreement or the Code require the parties to comply with one or more EIEPs when exchanging information, the Distributor and Retailer agree that they will use reasonable endeavours to comply with any relevant EIEPs when exchanging information, provided that the frequency at which, and method by which, the parties will exchange information is such that compliance with the EIEP is cost-effective for both parties.

The information will be treated by the Distributor as Confidential Information and the Distributor expressly acknowledges and agrees that it is not authorised to, and will not, use such information in any way or form other than as permitted by this clause 31.2.
ELECTRICITY INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS. Customer information provisions are set out in clause 31.2 of the draft DDA which state that the Trader must on reasonable written request from the Distributor, and within a reasonable timeframe, provide the Distributor with such Customer information as is reasonably available to the Trader and necessary to enable the Distributor to fulfil its obligations in accordance with this Agreement etc.
