Common use of Non-Recourse Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Non-Recourse Indebtedness. Indebtedness of a Borrower which is secured by one or more parcels of real estate and related personal property or interests therein and is not a general obligation of such Borrower, the holder of such Indebtedness having recourse solely to the parcels of real estate securing such Indebtedness, the improvements and leases thereon and the rents and profits thereof.

Non-Recourse Indebtedness. Indebtedness of a Borrower Person which is secured solely by one or more parcels of real estate Real Estate (other than a Mortgaged Property) and related personal property or interests therein and is not a general obligation of such BorrowerPerson, the holder of such Indebtedness having recourse solely to the parcels of real estate Real Estate securing such Indebtedness, the improvements Building and any leases thereon and the rents and profits thereof.
