Non-recoverable Losses. 30.3.1 Subject to Clause 30.1.1 (Unlimited Liability) neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for any: (a) indirect, special or consequential Loss; (b) loss of profits, turnover, savings, business opportunities or damage to goodwill (in each case whether direct or indirect).
