Non-Recruiting Covenant. Employee agrees that Employer has invested substantial time and effort in assembling its present personnel. Employee agrees that for one year following his/her termination or cessation of employment, Employee will not directly or indirectly recruit, or attempt to recruit, any other employee of Employer or its affiliates, or induce or attempt to induce any employee of Employer to terminate or cease employment with Employer.
