Common use of Non-Recruitment of Employees or Contractors Clause in Contracts

Non-Recruitment of Employees or Contractors. Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of two years thereafter, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any employee or contractor of the Company or the Company’s subsidiaries with whom Executive had Material Contact, to terminate or lessen such employment or contract.
