Non-Refundable Fees. All fees paid by the Sponsor under this Agreement are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, sponsorship fees, administrative fees, and any other payments made by the Sponsor in connection with this Agreement. In the event that the Sponsor decides to withdraw, cancel, or terminate their sponsorship for any reason, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
