Common use of Non-Release of Future Claims Clause in Contracts

Non-Release of Future Claims. This Agreement does not waive or release any rights or claims that Employee may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or the Americans with Disabilities Act which arise after the date the Employee signs this Agreement. In addition, the Company and Employee acknowledge and agree that the release set forth in Paragraphs 3 and 4 does not include any claims Employee may have against the Company for its failure to comply with or breach of any provision in this Agreement.
