Common use of Non-Removal; Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Non-Removal; Abandonment. If the Permitted Aircraft is not removed from the Airport within sixty (60) days after termination of this Agreement, or other arrangements are not made with the Executive Director/CEO or its designee, PMGAA may sell the aircraft pursuant to A.R.S. §10-1023 or it may be deemed abandoned and handled in accordance with A.R.S. §28-8243.
