Non-Removal of Marks and Notices. Neither IXYS nor its Affiliates may remove any Samsung intellectual property right markings or notices from any Deliverables, or copies thereof; provided however, that IXYS may remove any or all of Samsung’s intellectual property right markings or notices from marketing collateral, promotional materials, data sheets or other specifications for the purpose of replacing those markings with IXYS intellectual property right markings with respect to IXYS Business Products.
