Common use of Non-Removal/Surrender Clause in Contracts

Non-Removal/Surrender. Consultant agrees that it will not remove any Confidential/Trade Secret Information from the offices of the Company or the premises of any facility in which the Consultant is performing services for the Company, except pursuant to his duties under this Agreement. Consultant further agrees that it shall surrender to the Company all documents and materials in his possession or control which contain Confidential/Trade Secret Information and which are the property of the Company upon the termination of his engagement with the Company, and that it shall not thereafter retain any copies of any such materials.
