Setbacks shall be consistent with the International Building Code (IBC), DRC Design Guidelines, the MPD Project Specific Design Standards and Guidelines (incorporated herein as Exhibit H) and applicable MPD Framework Design Standards and Guidelines and subject to review by the Design Review Committee as established in Section 12.3.
