Common use of Non-Reversionary Clause in Contracts

Non-Reversionary. This Settlement is not a reversionary settlement. As of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant in or to the Settlement Fund shall be extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, or terminated, as described in Section XIV of this Agreement. In the event the Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to Defendant.

Non-Reversionary. This Settlement settlement is not a reversionary settlement. As of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant in or to the Settlement Fund shall be extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, or terminated, as described in Section XIV XIII of this Agreement. In the event the Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to Defendant.

Non-Reversionary. This Settlement is not a non-reversionary settlement. As of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant ReproSource and/or its insurer in or to the Settlement Fund shall be extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, or terminated, as described in Section XIV of this Agreementset forth herein. In the event the Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to DefendantReproSource and/or its insurers.

As of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant Forefront and/or its insurer in or to the Settlement Fund shall be extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, or terminated, as described in Section XIV 10 of this Agreement. In the event the Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to DefendantForefront and/or its insurers.

As of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant the Defendants in or to the Settlement Fund shall be extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, cancelled or terminated, as described in Section XIV 8 of this Settlement Agreement. In the event the Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to Defendantthe Defendants.

Non-Reversionary. This Settlement is not a reversionary settlement. As 1 of the Effective Date, all rights of Defendant Defendants in or to the Settlement Fund shall be 2 extinguished, except in the event this Settlement Agreement is voided, cancelled, or 3 terminated, as described in Paragraph IV.D.68 and Section XIV of IV.J in this Agreement. 4 In the event that the Settlement received Preliminary and Final Approval and the 5 Effective Date occurs, no portion of the Settlement Fund shall be returned to any 6 Defendant.
