Common use of Non-solicit; Non-compete Clause in Contracts

Non-solicit; Non-compete. During the Employee’s employment with Company and for 24 months after the Employee’s termination of employment, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as an employee, agent, consultant, advisor, independent contractor, general partner, officer, director, stockholder, investor, lender, or in any other capacity whatsoever, of any person, firm, corporation or partnership: (i) induce or attempt to induce any person who at the time of such inducement is an employee of Company to perform work or service for any other person or entity other than Company or (ii) participate or engage in the design, development, manufacture, production, marketing, sale or servicing of any erectile dysfunction drug.
