Non-Solicit Obligations. Employee shall not, during the Post Termination Non- Compete Term, (i) directly or indirectly, on behalf of himself or any third party, solicit, encourage, facilitate, or induce any advertiser, supplier, broker, vendor, agent, sales representative, employee, contractor, consultant, or licensee of the Company or its Affiliates to breach any agreement or contract with, or discontinue or curtail his, her, or its business relationships with, the Company or its Affiliates; or (ii) directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit, hire, or otherwise engage as an employee, independent contractor or otherwise, either for himself or any other third party, any person who is employed by the Company or its Affiliates or was employed by the Company or its Affiliates at the time of such solicitation, recruitment, or hiring.
