Employee agrees that during the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit any Customers of the Company with whom Employee had Material Contact, for the purpose of selling any products or services for a Competing Business.
