Non-Solicitation of Company Customers. Executive agrees that, during the Non-Solicitation Period, Executive shall not directly or indirectly (i) solicit or assist in the solicitation by any third party of any Covered Customer (defined below) for the purpose of providing services or products that compete with, or are similar to, the service or product offerings of the Company, except when such solicitation is done on behalf of the Company, or (ii) discourage any Covered Customer from obtaining of services or products from the Company.
